Market Recruitment Limited is recruiting a performance marketing manager to own the paid acquisition engine for a profitable B2B solutions provider. You will work directly with the founder and an in-house tech team to optimize campaigns, attribution and revenue-linked outcomes.

With hands-on execution and a focus on conversions, you will manage campaigns in LinkedIn and Google, build landing pages, and maintain clean tracking while driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B paid campaigns that generated measurable leads and pipeline.
• Hands-on execution inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to create, update and test landing pages using modern CMS platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot workflows and CRM properties.
• Strong focus on pipeline value and customer acquisition costs.

Responsabilités

• Build, run, and optimise targeted search and paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Google. Initial budget is £10k / month.
• Test Meta retargeting to maintain touchpoints with engaged business prospects.
• Manage monthly media spend with an emphasis on commercial return and pipeline contribution.
• Build, structure, and test dedicated landing pages to increase visitor-to-discovery conversion rates.
• Maintain clean event tracking across web analytics, ad platforms, and CRM properties.
• Oversee lead capture mechanisms, form routing, and automated email follow-up workflows in HubSpot.
