SRS Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established property consultancy to appoint a first Business Development Manager in London, with the West Midlands and wider regional remit. This is not account management but a genuine new‑business hunting role for someone with a strong property network and commercial instinct.

You will own new‑business origination across Building Consultancy, Project Management and related services, building senior relationships, winning meetings and growing

Qualifications

• Proven hunter with track record of winning new business.
• Strong property network and established relationships are essential.
• Experience selling property, construction or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop senior relationships and win instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and win meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across London, West Midlands and beyond.
• Cross-sell services and grow fee income within existing client connections.
