Job summary

Corndel is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead campaigns that create demand, generate qualified opportunities, and drive commercial growth in a hybrid London-based role. Two days per week in our office plus a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

You’ll collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to craft insight-led campaigns across channels, optimise performance, and build nurtures through complex B2B buying journeys.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience
• Proven track record of creating campaigns that generate demand and support pipeline
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns including digital, email, paid media and events
• Data-driven approach with CRM and marketing automation
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to audiences and commercial priorities
• Create distinctive full-funnel campaigns across digital, email, content, paid media, social, webinars and events
• Develop targeted and account-based campaigns to engage priority organisations
• Collaborate with Business Development to align marketing with target accounts and opportunities
• Build nurture journeys moving prospects through complex B2B buying journeys
• Evaluate and optimise campaign performance using data and Sales feedback
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve lead quality and funnel progression
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve targeting and performance
