London / Hybrid - minimum two days a week in the office
Up to £50,000
Are you an experienced demand generation marketer who knows how to turn campaigns into pipeline?
My client is looking for a commercially minded Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of growth and demand generation activity and play a key role in driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong track record in demand generation, growth marketing or B2B campaign management who wants genuine ownership of campaigns and the opportunity to see a direct connection between marketing activity and commercial results.
You'll join an established marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product, Innovation and Delivery to develop multi-channel campaigns, engage target audiences and use data to continually improve performance.
You'll take the lead on planning, delivering and optimising demand generation activity with a clear focus on creating qualified pipeline.
Day to day you might be:
This is not an entry point into demand generation. My client needs someone who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience and is ready to take ownership.
You'll need:
Experience with ABM or sales enablement platforms, AI-assisted marketing tools, external agencies or event and webinar planning would be beneficial. A marketing qualification such as a degree or CIM qualification is desirable but not essential.
This is an opportunity to join a business where marketing has a clear commercial purpose. You'll have ownership of demand generation rather than simply executing campaigns and will be encouraged to understand the numbers behind your activity, challenge what isn't working and identify opportunities to improve performance.
If you're a commercially driven demand generation marketer looking for a role where you can own campaigns, influence strategy and make a measurable impact on growth, this could be a great next step.
