Job summary

Lovey, a leading UK online finance broker and lender, is recruiting a Senior Collections Advisor to join its central Birmingham office. You will own a portfolio of B2B arrears accounts, contacting customers by phone, email, and written communication to recover balances and agree repayment solutions.

You’ll support the wider collections team, share experience, and help maintain high standards across the function while aiming to exceed monthly targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections within fintech or financial services
• Proven ability to meet collection targets
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and own a portfolio of B2B arrears accounts
• Proactively contact customers via phone, email and written communication
• Negotiate payment plans and drive debt recovery outcomes
• Work towards and exceed monthly collection targets
• Assess customer circumstances and apply appropriate collection strategies
• Escalate cases and collaborate with internal teams
• Record all interactions and maintain compliance with regulations
