Randd UK, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its sales team and seeking a Senior Business Development Executive. You will prospect across the UK, discuss R&D projects and expenditure, and set up face-to-face meetings for Business Development Managers. Training in the R&D Tax Credit scheme will be provided to accelerate growth.

You will work with a dynamic team, benefit from uncapped commissions, and have clear pathways for progression as you develop technical sales expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a specialist R&D firm or accountancy practice is beneficial but training is provided.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborative and ambitious to progress in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong rapport-building ability.
• Background in lead generation or appointment setting with a desire to move into technical sales within 12 months.

• Utilise the in-house CRM to manage prospects and pipeline.
• Arrange appointments for BDMs with interested prospects.
• Deliver service with empathy, diligence and speed to ensure a great customer experience.
