Randd UK, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its sales team and seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities across the UK, discuss R&D projects and expenditure, and arrange face-to-face meetings for our Business Development Managers.

You will receive full training on the R&D Tax Credit scheme and play a key role in accelerating growth through proactive prospecting and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a specialist R&D firm or accountancy practice is beneficial but not essential.
• Training will be provided on the R&D Tax Credit scheme.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
• Work from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system
• Arrange appointments for our BDMs who have expressed interest
• Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience
