Job summary

CreateFuture in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Senior engineer embedded in the client's platform team to own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of their infrastructure on AWS. The right candidate will work autonomously in a mature stack, influence across teams, and translate platform priorities into a clear roadmap for delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS cloud engineering and platform design experience.
• Ability to work independently, navigate an unfamiliar estate and make sound technical judgments.
• Experience with federated identity and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reliable AWS platform capabilities, including federated identity.
• Assess the current platform and prioritise the work needed through year-end.
• Work with the solution architect and technical BAs to turn requirements into implementable, auditable work.
• Help establish a foundation that can support wider use of the platform in 2027.
