Job summary

iO Associates seeks a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure design, build and automation for clients in regulated environments. You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and container workloads on Kubernetes, while guiding other engineers and influencing engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS DevOps experience in secure, regulated environments.
• Experience designing, building and operating cloud infrastructures.
• Proficient in CI/CD tooling and automation with GitLab or GitHub.
• Strong scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Expertise with Terraform for IaC and container orchestration via Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and evolution of secure AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps capabilities.
• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub).
• Own IaC approaches using Terraform to ensure repeatable, compliant environments.
• Set engineering standards and promote best practices across teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers during delivery.
