Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Senior AV Technician to support the client site in London, handling 2nd/3rd line faults, triage, and escalation to the service desk. You will maintain AV/VC equipment, manage RAMS, and generate routine service reports.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work across facilities and IT support teams in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV/VC technologies in corporate settings.
• Industry-recognized qualifications preferred; extensive practical experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in administration, computer tech, PC applications and networking.
• Experience supporting large multinational companies in AV.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary escalation point for the client and contact for AV support.
• Lead and set the standard for AV support across the site.
• Coordinate with service lines to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Ensure AV technologies are tested and documented.
• Generate monthly reports for the Service Delivery Manager.
• Liaise with HSE to keep RAMS up to date.
• Collaborate with vendors, venue managers, and project managers for events.
