Job summary

Kinly is hiring a Senior AV Technician in London to support a high-profile UK headquarters client, providing dedicated AV/VC support across meeting spaces and events within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead 2nd/3rd line faults, work with facilities and IT, perform system tests, and maintain documentation. The role requires proactive problem-solving and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV/VC technologies in corporate environments.
• Industry-recognized qualifications preferred, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to own and maintain AV systems and documentation.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary escalation point and client contact.
• Lead and set the standard for client and AV support on site.
• Collaborate with support lines to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Ensure AV technologies are tested and maintained to high standards.
• Generate monthly reports for the Service Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate RAMS with Health and Safety and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support events by coordinating with venue managers and project teams.
