Kinly is seeking an AV Event Technician to join our London team and support high-profile conferences and meetings. The role involves on-site and remote room support, maintenance of AV systems, and collaboration with clients to deliver flawless events.

You will handle pre-event testing, VIP schedules, and incident management while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional meeting experiences.

Responsibilities

• Review VIP conference schedules and pre-event requirements.
• Provide remote and onsite room support for events.
• Perform first-line break-fix for AV hardware.
• Ensure conferences connect without issues.
• Respond to AV hotline, emails, and tickets.
• Carry out daily room checks and pre-event testing.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
• Operate in-room systems for global production events.
