Job summary

Kinly, a leading AV/UC integrator, seeks a Senior AV Technician for our London site. You will support AV/VC systems, handle 2nd/3rd line faults, and strive to deliver a premium service experience.

You will collaborate with facilities, IT, vendors and project managers to support events, perform routine checks, and document RAMS and service activity. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 08:00–19:00 with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with AV/VC technologies in corporate environments.
• Industry-standard certifications (Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Polycom) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be primary escalation point for the client and the site.
• Lead and set the standard for AV support across the site.
• Coordinate with service lines to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain AV systems and update documentation regularly.
• Generate monthly service reports for the Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with health and safety RAMS and with project managers to support events.
