Our client, a leading global Audio-Visual integrator, seeks an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join the Field Engineering team in London. You will represent the company on client sites and provide high-quality technical support across events and installations.

You will manage fault tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and travel to client sites (including occasional European travel) to ensure rapid fault resolution while maintaining strong customer relations and service standards.

Qualifications

• Technically proficient in AV/VC/UC technologies.
• Able to manage client communications and escalations.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong prioritisation and time management.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail in fault diagnosis.
• Well organised with a flexible approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Field service engineering work as required.
• Onsite service engineering at client sites.
• Travel to client sites (including European travel if required).
• Site and event coordination and support.
• Preventative maintenance calls as required.
• Rotation of client sites as required.
• Site surveys when needed.
• Small works installations and handover to client.
• Work on a rotational shift basis if required.
• Administration to support engineering role.
