Job summary

Electrosonic in London is seeking a proactive AV service engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain audio-visual, network, and control systems at customer sites across London and the South of England. You will install and commission new projects to high standards, travel as required, and provide remote support as needed.

A strong technical background, customer focus, and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong AV technical knowledge including video and audio systems.
• Experience with control systems (AMX/Crestron/Q-Sys).
• Full UK driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on customer sites.
• Provide remote technical support to clients and team.
• Perform on-site preventative maintenance of AV and UC systems.
• Set up and commission new projects on time and budget.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
