Job summary

Arthrex UK is seeking an in‑house AV support specialist to help transition from a fully outsourced model to a coordinated internal AV function. You will provide hands-on support for Innovation Point events, coordinating with UK Events, UK IT and external AV suppliers.

The role involves onsite supplier coordination, escalating performance or resource issues, and helping evolve local AV processes while remaining actively involved in event delivery.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or industry qualification or diploma.
• 5 years of related experience, or degree plus 2 years.
• Certificates such as Dante Level 1-3 are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and strike AV for events, studios and trade shows.
• Support onsite requests to ensure AV requirements are understood and delivered.
• Monitor events and resolve or escalate technical issues.
• Provide Level 1 AV user support for meeting rooms and spaces.
• Coordinate AV equipment rental and supplier activity for offsite events.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks.
• Document room setups, supplier contacts and recurring issues.
