Job summary

Arthrex UK is seeking a hands-on AV support specialist to help transition from outsourcing to an internal AV function for Innovation Point events. You will set up and operate audio, video and lighting, coordinating with UK IT, UK Events and external suppliers.

You will help develop local AV processes, document room setups, and escalate issues to management as the function evolves. Some travel within the UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AV support for events and meetings.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV equipment and services during events.
• Experience with room setups, supplier contacts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and strike audio, video and lighting equipment for events and trade shows.
• Coordinate supplier activity and AV equipment rental for offsite events.
• Provide Level 1 AV user support for meeting rooms and conference spaces.
• Monitor events and escalate technical issues to management.
