Job summary

Arthrex UK is seeking an experienced AV support professional to drive the transition from a fully outsourced AV model to a coordinated in-house function. You will provide hands-on AV support for Innovation Point events, working with UK Events, UK IT external AV suppliers and the Business Operations Manager.

You will stay involved in event delivery, escalate performance or resource issues, and help develop local AV processes as the function evolves while reporting to the Business Operations

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or industry qualification or diploma.
• Dante Level 1-3 certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and strike audio, video and lighting equipment for events, studio productions and trade shows.
• Support event requestors onsite to ensure AV requirements are understood and delivered.
• Monitor events and resolve technical issues.
• Provide Level 1 AV user support for meeting rooms and conference spaces.
• Coordinate AV equipment rental, labour and supplier activity for offsite events.
• Carry out routine maintenance and equipment checks.
• Document room setups, supplier contacts and recurring issues and local AV processes.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
