Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a reputable Weybridge car dealership, is seeking a highly motivated General Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth within a premium brand environment.

The successful candidate will shape sales strategy, increase market share and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 with uncapped OTE around £100,000 and a Monday–Friday week with one in two Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general sales management within the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop and mentor a sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and market presence.
• Manage daily sales department operations and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for an exceptional experience.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee stock management for new and used vehicles and coordinate with marketing.
