Job summary

Sutton Coldfield-based role for a Sales Manager at a major car dealership. Basic salary up to £40,000 with a realistic OTE £65,000+ and a company car. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the dealership sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high showroom standards and customer experience; monitor KPIs.
• Coach Sales Executives to maximise performance; ensure FCA compliance.
• Develop relationships with customers and local businesses; support dealership objectives.
