Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessments, site inspections and audits.
• Knowledge of standards and codes of practice to develop solutions, advise operations and improve policies.
• Previous experience as an Authorising Engineer.
• Knowledge of governance, oversight, and change management, asset life expectancy.
• Experience with statutory compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Interview, assess, and appoint Authorised Persons in disciplines aligned to the post holder's area of specialism.
• Conduct audits of Safe Systems of Work relevant to the post holder's technical specialism.
• Provide technical guidance, professional advice, and ongoing support to Authorised Persons.
• Undertake technical inspections and condition assessments of assets as required.
• Assist in incident investigations within the post holder's discipline.
• Provide technical expertise and support to contract teams operating within the relevant specialism.
