Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Blackburn is seeking an Audit Senior to lead audits from planning through to completion, building strong client relationships and guiding junior staff. The role is hybrid and based in Blackburn with travel to client sites as needed.

You will work closely with Audit Managers, develop a deep understanding of client businesses, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while progressing within the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102 and ISAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to client sites with a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead audit assignments from initial planning through to completion.
• Develop understanding of client business, systems and environment.
• Prepare audit plans and identify key risks.
• Complete audit testing and assess internal controls.
• Coordinate fieldwork and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and statutory accounts.
