Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for an Advanced Audiologist / Team Leader in Adult Diagnostic Audiology. The post is Band 7 within NHS AfC, based at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, with 37.5 hours weekly and options for flexible working.

You will lead adult audiology services, oversee staff, and contribute to ongoing service development within a large teaching trust.

Qualifications

• BSc Audiology or PTP Healthcare Science (Audiology) or MSc Audiology with CAC/HTS, or STP in neurosciences (audiology modality).
• HCPC registration as Clinical Scientist (audiology) or AHCS as Audiologist required.
• Band 6+ NHS experience with leadership or supervision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the adult audiology service.
• Provide diagnostic assessment and hearing aid fitting/verification.
• Supervise audiologists and clinical scientists; contribute to service development.
