Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Band 7 Advanced Paediatric Audiologists / Clinical Scientists to lead and develop paediatric audiology services. You will work with the Head of Paediatric Audiology, supervise staff, and deliver advanced clinical practice across hospital and community locations.

Qualifications

BSc Audiology or MSc in audiology with CAC/HTS, or STP in neurosciences (audiology modality)
Evidence of paediatric audiology training in NHS context
HCPC Clinical Scientist (audiology) registration or AHCS Audiologist registration
Management/leadership training and qualification

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced clinical paediatric audiology, including non-routine behavioural testing
Provide service development and line-management responsibilities
Supervise, coach and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality clinical service
Lead leadership, management, training and service development activities
