Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking a Senior Auction Assistant to support the smooth running of our Property Auctions team in Lowton. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating viewings, liaising with buyers and solicitors, and providing essential administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and communication skills, a customer service background, and the ability to manage a busy workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service preferred but not essential.
• Ideally drivers with access to transport due to office location.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Manage busy shared mailboxes and prioritise tasks.
• Support buyers and sellers through the auction process.
• Assist clients to register to bid and navigate the auction website.
• Coordinate property viewing schedules and logs for keys.
• Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers and viewing agents.
• Provide administrative support to surveyors, property managers and the wider team.
