Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking a highly organised Senior Auction Assistant to join our busy Property Auctions team in Lowton. You will handle enquiries, manage inboxes, support clients through the auction process, coordinate viewings and logging of property keys.

After successful training, a hybrid working pattern is available with eventual office-based duties and on-site parking. Strong administrative and customer service experience from any sector is welcome.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Manage busy shared inboxes and prioritise tasks.
• Support buyers and sellers throughout the auction process.
• Register clients to bid and navigate the auction website.
• Coordinate property viewing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office and internal systems.
