Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking an experienced Atlassian Engineer to administer and optimize Jira and Confluence across the enterprise. The role requires strong expertise in Jira workflows, automation, and integrations to drive team productivity and governance.

You will work with Technology, Delivery, PMO, Risk, and business stakeholders to implement scalable Atlassian solutions and maintain operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Agile project structures.
• Experience using REST APIs, webhooks, and marketplace apps.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Design complex workflows, automation rules, and permissions schemes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics for tech and business teams.
• Manage upgrades, integrations, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery to implement Agile/DevOps practices.
• Guide users and maintain platform documentation and procedures.
• Ensure security, access controls, and audit readiness across platforms.
