Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland in London is recruiting a Senior Associate for our Commercial Technology team. The role covers advising on IT and outsourcing contracts, tech deals, and emerging technologies including AI, with a focus on regulatory considerations in the financial services sector.

You will work across cross-functional teams, coach junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and client briefs.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in technology law and commercial contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels and cultures.
• Experience in coaching and supervising junior members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advising on the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts.
• Advising on technology related regulatory requirements, especially in financial services and AI deployment.
• Supporting on technology aspects of corporate deals.
• Business development initiatives, including client seminars and internal training.
• Client facing management.
