Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor in Winchester to deliver cost management services while mentoring the team.

The role combines hands-on project delivery with client management across diverse sectors including defence, health and life sciences. You will lead pre- and post-contract activities, manage budgets, and develop client relationships, with clear progression toward an Associate Partner level.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS chartered status is required or in progress.
• Experience delivering cost management in a construction consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management and quantity surveying services across sectors.
• Manage projects from feasibility to completion and procurement.
• Administer JCT and NEC contracts with commercial control.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support business growth.
• Develop client relationships and lead project delivery.
