Job summary

One Way Resourcing in Winchester seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy/management firm. You will take sole commercial responsibility on projects and work with contracts and site managers to ensure commercial success.

The ideal candidate comes from a consultancy background, ideally Chartered or RICS accredited or pursuing chartership, with broad project exposure across residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence.

Qualifications

• Chartered or in process of chartership with RICS.
• Experience in consultancy environments preferred.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence projects.

Responsibilities

• Take sole commercial responsibility for projects and oversee commercial decisions.
• Review and improve company-wide commercial processes and procedures.

Quantity Surveyor required to join leading consultancy / management company based in the Winchester area.

The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from from consultancy background. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally be chartered / RICS accredited or be in the process of completing chartership. The client have a broad project coverage from prime residential, residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
