Job summary

The role requires previous data centre experience and expertise in the FIDIC Yellow Book. You will work closely with clients, project managers and contractors, offering strategic procurement advice and cost

Qualifications

• Previous data centre experience is essential.
• FIDIC Yellow Book knowledge.
• Experience at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Ambitious senior QS with strong client-facing and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying and cost management services.
• Manage commercial aspects of major data centre projects.
• Advise clients on cost, procurement and commercial strategy.
• Manage project costs from pre-contract through to completion.
• Support procurement and tendering activities.
• Manage commercial reporting and cost control.
• Work closely with project managers, consultants and contractors.
