Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Associate in Markets Expansion Operations Readiness (MEOR) to advance end-to-end readiness for an assigned EMEA market.

You will own milestones from planning to artefact delivery, coordinating across Product, Technology, COEs and local branches to ensure alignment with the market expansion plan. You will help industrialize the MEOR Playbook, driving clarity on requirements, ownership, and delivery while leveraging AI and digital tools to capture knowledge and

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, operations, change delivery or operational readiness.
• Ability to own defined deliverables and drive them through to completion.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience creating process, requirements, operating-model or implementation artefacts.
• Structured planning, problem-solving and information-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting on calls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and risk and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational readiness delivery for an assigned EMEA market.
• Own defined MEOR milestones and artefacts from planning through completion.
• Coordinate federated milestones across functions, identifying gaps and dependencies.
• Gather and document business, operational, regulatory and control requirements.
• Create process maps, target operating models, requirements and readiness assessments.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, equivalent COEs and local branch teams.
• Maintain clear milestone, action, risk, issue and decision tracking.
• Present delivery status, analysis and recommendations in working and governance forums.
• Convert lessons learned into reusable standards and AI-enabled playbook content.
