Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bournemouth is seeking a Senior Associate for Market Expansion Operational Readiness to lead end-to-end delivery for an assigned EMEA market. You will own milestones from planning through artefact delivery and collaborate with Product, Technology, COEs and branch teams.

You will help industrialize the MEOR Playbook using AI-enabled tools to capture requirements, manage milestones and reuse knowledge across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, operations, change delivery or operational readiness.
• Ability to own defined deliverables and drive them through to completion.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience creating process, requirements, operating-model or implementation artefacts.
• Structured planning, problem-solving and information-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting on calls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and risk and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational readiness delivery for an assigned EMEA market.
• Own defined MEOR milestones and artefacts from planning through completion.
• Coordinate federated milestones across functions, identifying gaps and dependencies.
• Gather and document business, operational, regulatory and control requirements.
• Create process maps, target operating models, requirements and readiness assessments.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, equivalent COEs and local branch teams.
• Maintain clear milestone, action, risk, issue and decision tracking.
• Present delivery status, analysis and recommendations in working and governance forums.
• Convert lessons learned into reusable standards and AI-enabled playbook content.
