Unknown Law Firm in London (Hybrid Working) seeks a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its established Employment team. The role offers exposure to a broad employer client base and scope for client contact, business development and progression.

Typical work includes litigation, disciplinary issues, TUPE, executive exits and HR advisory work, with opportunities to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to the practice’s growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.

Responsabilités

• Advise employer clients on a broad range of day-to-day and complex employment law matters.
• Run matters with autonomy while delivering commercially focused advice.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted adviser to key stakeholders.
• Support partners on larger projects, disputes and strategic mandates.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
• Contribute to thought leadership, networking initiatives and profile-raising activities.
• Assist with pitches, tenders and other business development opportunities.
• Maintain strong financial management of matters, including budgeting, billing and recoveries.
