Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team. You will lead the team, drive strategy across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients, and promote values of integrity and collaboration.

You will mentor talent, manage multiple projects, and act as a brand ambassador with a deep market understanding to create opportunities and deliver high-quality cost management services throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
