Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to join the MEP Real Estate team, supporting growth across a diverse portfolio of real estate projects. You will lead cost consultancy, drive value engineering and oversee service delivery to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

The role requires professional RICS qualification (or progress towards) and a strong track record across project lifecycles, with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost management and quantity surveying across full project lifecycles.
• Professional qualification in RICS or working towards one.
• Degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating and cost planning.
• Manage tender documentation, evaluation and post-contract discipline.
• Provide technical guidance and support within the team.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Promote safe working environment and uphold company values.
• Communicate project scope and roles clearly to delivery teams.
