Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Associate/Associate Director to lead the cost management team on high-profile Commercial and Corporate Occupier projects valued in the £millions. You will help set strategy, mentor talent, and drive a One Business culture across clients and internal teams.

As a senior cost manager, you will maintain market understanding, prepare feasibility studies, estimate costs, manage tendering, and produce monthly cost reports, while upholding integrity and employee

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in cost management.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS qualified.
• UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector.
• Experience working on larger projects, including new builds and fit-outs.
• Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities.

• Lead the cost management team and interface with clients and consultants at all stages.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in bid documentation.
• Improve cost management procedures, templates and products, track with FMS.
