Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team in Leeds. You will provide leadership across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients, driving delivery excellence and embedding Turner & Townsend values.

You will set strategic direction for the team, mentor talent, and champion a One Business culture, while acting as a brand ambassador and developing a pipeline of opportunities across the market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Real Estate Cost Management team.
• Set strategy and ambition for the team, leveraging diverse insights.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building a pipeline of opportunity.
