Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Associate Cost Manager for our Real Estate Cost Management team in the Northeast. You will work across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients, delivering leadership and direction to the team.

You will set strategy, mentor talent and drive a One Business culture while ensuring high quality cost management across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Cost Manager for our Real Estate Cost Management team in the Northeast, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the number-one cost consultancy. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
