Qualifications

• Significant experience at Project Director, Associate Director, or equivalent level.
• Led projects valued at £150m+ with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with major developers or client-side organisations in London.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a complex, large-scale development.
• Lead, manage and develop the project management team.
• Oversee governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate early design, procurement, and construction phases.
