AtkinsRéalis in London is seeking an Associate Director-level Project Manager to lead a major flagship central London development valued at about £500 million. You will head a project management team, shape governance, and coordinate with design and consultant partners from early design through procurement and delivery.

The role requires a proven track record delivering £150m+ schemes, strong stakeholder engagement, and leadership across multiple disciplines in a highly scrutinised procurement

Qualifications

• Significant experience at Project Director/Associate Director level.
• Led projects valued >£150 million.
• Experience with major commercial, mixed-use or central London developments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and design teams early stages.
• Strong governance, procurement, programme management and risk knowledge.
• Ability to lead an established team and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic project leadership across a complex, large-scale development.
• Lead, manage and develop the project management team.
• Support appointment and mobilisation of design and consultant teams.
• Establish robust project governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Oversee programme, risk, procurement, commercial performance and stakeholder management.
• Act as a senior point of contact for the client and project team.
• Challenge consultants/contractors to protect the programme and outcomes.
• Maintain clear, transparent reporting throughout the project.
