Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director-level Project Manager to take a senior leadership role on a major flagship central London development valued at approximately £500 million. The role focuses on early design and mobilisation as the programme moves toward delivery.

You will lead a project management team, drive governance, procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement, and report to senior client stakeholders throughout a complex, high-profile programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major developments with strong governance and procurement.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting to senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on a £500m flagship central London development.
• Lead a PM team of about five Project Managers and oversee delivery.
• Establish robust governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Oversee risk, procurement, commercial performance and stakeholder management.
• Act as senior client contact and challenge consultants to protect programme.
