Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting an Associate Director for the Project & Programme Management team in Edinburgh. You will lead a seasoned group delivering high quality project management services to clients across Scotland, focusing on construction, property, and development sectors.

You will drive business development, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery excellence in line with AtkinsRéalis policies and standards. A UK driving licence and professional accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of project management services in a client-facing role.
• Experience delivering projects through lifecycle using best practice methodologies.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and drive accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex projects.
• Act as client interface and account lead for service delivery.
• Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions for opportunities.
• Lead large scale projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.
