Job summary

Ares Management in London is seeking a Senior Associate to support ADI's digital infrastructure investments and fund activities through rigorous financial analysis and reporting. You will maintain complex models, evaluate portfolio performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights to internal stakeholders and investors.

The role requires 3–5 years in related finance roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with excellent academic record.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRE investment, asset management, valuation, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain fund financial models.
• Lead the preparation of reporting materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth portfolio and asset financial analysis.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market research.
• Participate in quarterly valuation process with supporting calculations.
• Support fund budgeting including capital projections and deployment.
• Collaborate with finance, technology and investor relations teams to build data systems and dashboards.
