Job summary

Ares Management, through its Digital Infrastructure unit, is seeking a Senior Associate in London to support investment analysis and execution across a growing data center portfolio. You will work with the investment team on diligence, modelling, and deal execution, coordinating with legal, tax, technical, and commercial experts.

Your experience should include investment banking, private equity, or principal investing, with strong Excel and English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with excellent academic record.
5-8 years of investment banking, private equity, or principal investing experience.
Fluent English, strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

Lead financial modelling, valuation, underwriting, and scenario analysis for investments and developments.
Prepare and present investment analyses, underwriting conclusions, and risk assessments.
Manage transaction execution from origination through closing with cross-functional teams.
Participate in acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, financings, and asset disposals.
Coordinate external advisors, lenders, and operating partners throughout processes.
Support origination via market mapping, research, and evaluating opportunities.
Prepare investment committee memoranda, summaries, and investor presentations.
Communicate findings to senior executives, investors, lenders and counterparties.
Support governance, asset management, and value creation initiatives.
