Job summary

Ares Management Corporation in London seeks a Senior Associate to join Ares Digital Infrastructure (ADI) and work with the investment team on analysis, due diligence, and execution of opportunities. You will lead financial modelling, prepare investment memoranda, and coordinate cross‑functional teams through the transaction lifecycle, reporting to senior management.

The role requires 5–8 years in investment banking, private equity, or principal investing, with fluent English and strong Excel

Responsibilities

Lead financial modelling, valuation, underwriting, and scenario analysis for investments.
Prepare and present investment analyses for committees and senior management.
Coordinate transaction execution from origination to closing with multiple stakeholders.
Support structuring and negotiation of acquisitions, developments, and financings.
Manage external advisors, lenders, and operating partners through processes.
Contribute to market mapping, industry research, and new opportunities.
