• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, private equity or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling: Build and maintain fund financial models, forecasts and projections.
• Portfolio analysis: Detailed analysis of asset and portfolio performance, identify drivers and explain movements.
• Reporting: Prepare materials for senior leadership, investors and external stakeholders.
• Valuations: Support quarterly valuation processes through financial analysis.
• Budgeting and capital planning: Contribute to fund budgets and capital deployment.
• Market research: Undertake macroeconomic and sector research to support analysis.
