Job summary

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior Associate in Casualty Injury based in Birmingham to run a personal injury caseload, including complex Multi Track matters. Experience in clinical negligence is advantageous and you may handle catastrophic injury work arising from industrial accidents.

You will represent corporate clients, insurers and intermediaries, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to seminars and events. A strong track record in defendant PI litigation is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive Defendant Personal Injury Litigation experience.
• Self-starting with initiative and strong organisation.
• Ability to manage a caseload and guide junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of EL and PL claims, including Multi Track cases.
• Supervise junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals.
• Assist in team marketing events and client seminars.
