Mills & Reeve in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Associate with at least four years PQE to join our Insurance Disputes NSL. You will run your own EL and PL caseload, including multi-track matters, and you may handle some clinical negligence work.

You will act for direct corporate clients and insurers, supervise junior lawyers, and support in marketing events and client seminars. This role offers a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits, and we value inclusion and flexible working

Qualifications

• Extensive defendant personal injury litigation experience.
• Excellent written English for drafting purposes.
• Advocacy skills.
• Self-starting with initiative.
• Ability to manage own caseload and direct others.

Responsabilités

• Run own EL and PL caseload including Multi Track matters.
• Supervise junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals.
• Assist in team marketing events and delivering client seminars.
• Represent direct corporate clients and insurers.
