Job summary

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) in Casualty Injury. This role involves managing your own case load on EL and PL claims and advising clients.

THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor 5+ PQE - Casualty Injury, to join a highly ranked team where the post holder will be responsible for running their own case load of EL and PL claims.

Experience of clinical negligence litigation would be an advantage for the successful candidate.

The role will involve:-

Undertaking work on catastrophic injury claims largely arising from industrial accidents, assisting the senior team members on those cases.

Dealing directly with corporate clients, insurers of commercial entities and other intermediaries acting as third party administrators to underwriters of commercial and combined risks.

Supervising junior lawyers including trainees and paralegals, assisting with team marketing events, and delivering client seminars.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have extensive Defendant Personal Injury Litigation experience, gained working for a leading law firm or similar

You will be looking for a significant level of responsibility and the opportunity of working a client facing role, managing your own caseload

Candidates will be expected to have sound advocacy skills, excellent communication skills with the enthusiasm and driveto make a career move to a new and exciting role
